Hey I'm new here and thought I'd just jump in if that's okay…

Anyone heard this new singer named Shooter Jennings, who is Waylon Jennings' son? My friend who works for Universal gave me a copy of his CD a couple days ago. This guy puts a whole new spin on country music. It's really raw, and it's got a lotta rock in there for the guys who like Skynyrd and the Allmans, like myself. Anybody else a fan of Shooter? If you're interested in checkin his music out I'm gonna give you some song links. Let me know what you think of it.

I didn't know about Shooter Jennings....I have lots of his dads music though...one of the best in my book...tks....Allan Jackson is right up there too...songs are easy to play...welcome

Does he play both kinds of music (country & western)?

I asked one of the guys I work with, the base player with: No Justice, and they just signed to do a show with him.
