German wirehair 1 year old with papers
Owner paid $400 for this dog and adoption is $25 with shots.
High strung pup that was allowed to run free but young enough to be trained into a good dog.

Just got off the phone with my buddy who is looking. Told him to call up there today.

My Shelter Tech. advised a vet/falconer called would that be the same person ?

he's not the one, but he did call, and got pics. He looks like a big runner, just from body type.

The tech told him you had had him out - but all he wanted to do was play with a bird wing and not point. I told him that if the dog had the interest, he would probably hunt, but it would take some training. Don't know what he is going to do, as it's his decision.

Sounds like there is considerable interest in the dog from your post on the other thread.

Yup I had him out of the Kennel area but it was still in the confines of the building and with other dogs around. Tuesday I go back to work and will work outside in the field area with him.
He has got alot of energy which is true with the Wirehairs.

So far he has worked very well outside on a short line. Will introduce to birds the second week if we still have him.

Hey Nulle, why don't you hang on to him for a few more weeks and give him some intensive bird dog training, when you're done I'll come pick him up.........$25 bucks right?
