Musk Ox Meat
 

How is that musk ox meat Kusko? I talked to a native girl from Tanana about 12 years ago who had killed one along with her husband. They thought it was real good. I like game meat real well but have never eaten musk ox.

It's really good. Marbled, and tender. I would kill one every year if I had the time and money. I'm hoping for a bull tag.
