I NEVER WILL FORGET WHEN I WAS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA AND WE WERE ALL SITTING IN A BAR, LIKE WHAT ELSE WAS THERE TO DO OVER THERE: WELL I COULD TELL YA BUT IT WOULD CURL YOUR HAIR, ANYWAY WE THOUGHT WE SHOULD ALL STOP SMOKING. THAT WORKED FOR ABOUT A WEEK. WE USED TO GET ALONG GREAT, YOU NEVER SEEN 10 GROUCHIER, MALCONTENTS IN YOUR LIFE. WORK BECAME A BITCHING SESSION, IT WAS JUST HORRIBLE. WE HAD ENOUGH PROBLEMS AS IT WAS, WE DIDN'T NEED ANOTHER. SO WE ALL WENT BACK TO SMOKING. EXCEPT FOR ONE GUY.

WE HAD A REUNUON LAST SEPTEMBER AND I NOTICED HE WAS SMOKING AND MOST OF THE OTHER GUYS HAD QUIT. MADE ME GIGGLE WHEN I THOUGHT BACK ABOUT IT.

I heard from her today and is doing fine and should be with us soon = still smoke free lol

WHEN YOU ARE A SMOKER WHERE ARE THE PLACES YOU ARE LIKELY TO SMOKE FIRST? THE COMPUTER IS ONE OF THEM.

I'M STARTING TO SEE HER MODUS OPERENDI HERE. SO SHE IS STAYING AWAY FROM PLACES WHERE SHE IS MOST LIKELY TEMPTED TO START PUFFING AGAIN.

Yeah, I understand that. I remember when I quit, I had to be doing things that would keep my hands busy, or I would be reaching for the cigs all the time. A lot of smoking has to do with habits. You go to the bar you smoke, you have friends who smoke you want to, If you are setting around bored you want to smoke. So I had to keep myself busy. It's not an easy thing to do and anyone that does it and can continue with it has my utmost respect. I'm not sure, but I think she has a flower garden and that's one thing that helped me. I'd be out weeding the garden just to keep myself busy.

Just don't use the mouse a lot in front of the computer and you will find that your hands will be plenty occupied.

However, I do understand that smoking is associated with certain things. I know people that only smoke when they drink. Others that only smoke when they are nervous.
