Limbsaver Barrel De-Resonators
 

ANyone ever hear of these? Anyone use them and found them worthwhile/successful for you? Just curious: I had never heard of them before.

Looks too good to be true, soooo...... Personally I never even heard of it before. I understand the principles of barrel vibration but don't know how this thing would affect it.

id imagine they may work but i know i dont want one on while hunting due to being moved around or getting lost and im sure not going to slide on on the barrel before i take shot at buck. for that reason i dont think theyre worth while.

duck tape a 2x4 to the barrel in difrent sizes and see how your groups improve or get worse. that would be the same idea.

well for $17 it wont exactly break the bank, but i doubt it's more than simply a piece of hard rubber.

The BOSS system browning uses is supposed to allow you to "tune" your barrel to the resonance(SP?) of different types of ammo, however it is considerably more complex, or at least i think it is.

Rocky, Treedoc, Andy or one of the other gentlemen may know alot more about this.

this rubber is blasted to outer space, aged for 100years and comes back and tunes barrels like no other rubber can dream of.:)
