Ricks BBQ sauce
This is easy to make and is a hit at my local BBQ at the camp.
I do porkchops,deer steaks,chicken on open campfire saute a mess of onions and garllic in olive oil add 1 can crushed tomato 1/4 can chilies 1 1/2c worchestershire 1 1/2 c cider vinegar 1/4c molasses juice of 1 lemon 1/2c mild pepper rings 1/4c ketsup 1/2c brown sugar salt and pepper to taste simmer all the above to reduce @ 1/4 toss all into blender till smooth ...... ...... enjoy |
