Griffin & Howe
 

Anyone have any experience or knowledge of Griffin & Howe? They deal in a lot of Purdey & Sons doubles and make custom shotguns and rifles through Arrieta. I'm thinking about a custom double...they start at $7K.

FYI: I spoke with Mr. Prather at G&H today. The company that was making their DRs in Spain is no longer making DRs and, now, they are working with company in France. That being said, the price is $22K. I have seen servicable high-end English DRs for that price, i.e., Purdey, Holland, Westley Richards, or for just a tad more, however, I'm not sure I want to spend $25K+ on a DR unless I win the lottery.
