anyone ever try chicken fried deer, it is great and easy to fix

Yup, make it a lot.

Try this too, brown it quickly in very hot cooking oil then toss it in a dutch oven with some whole tomatoes & choppe onion and forget it in the coals for a few hours. Quick, easy and goooood.
