Warmer jacket

Save those side pockets from BDU's/army fatigues pants.
After pants wear out or get torn beyond repair, cut these pockets off pants , sew them onto the inside of your hunting jacket above the belt line ,over the kidney area , then when it's really cold like late season bow hunting, drop in a handwarmer in each pocket, you will be surprized how warm it will make you. Leave the button and flap on the pockets so you can button the flap shut and the handwarmer is secure.
Good hunting !:)

Pockets

Now that is a very good idea for the people who hunt in cold country. Unfortunately it hasn't been cold enough for nothing like that in a good while here. Maybe last years late goose season:rolleyes:

I knew a guy in Alaska that did that with his snow-mobiling coat and he swore by it.
