Scooters Ramp Recipe
 

Scooters(clyde ours,no relation that know of) Ramps
Sugar- 1 cup
Vinegar-1cup
salt- 1 tablespoon to qt, 1/2 tablespoon to pint

pack ramps bulbs into jars, boil above mixture, pour boiling mixture over ramps, put on can lids, hot water (boil) bath 5-6 minutes.

Ahhhhhh, Was worried there for a minute but then I should have known any respectable ole West Virginia boy would have a RAMP recipie.

Hey Rubicon I got one for Potatoe & Ramp Soup and Pickled ramps with Hot Peppers, both pretty dangn good!!!!!!!

Lets see them. Im anxiously awaiting time to make a trip to my special ramp patch.
