4-6 pounds Bear Meat, all fat removed 2 Cloves garlic, minced 2 tablesppons Parsley Flakes 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Salt 1 tablespoon Pepper 1 large Onion, Diced 2- 12 oz. French Onion Dip Place meat in Pot , add enough water to cover meat. Add two cloves of diced Garlic, cook until meat is done. Remove meat & let cool After meat is cool, shred & dice meat In large bowl mix the above above ingredients, then blend in French onion Dip. Can be frozen up to six months. Makes a good party spread, serve on favorite crackers along with a few cold ones !! Even People that say they don't like bear meat likes this ! |
