Getting ready to head out

Its 60 degrees here in ohio where im at... Waiting on my womens little brothers to get out of school to take them to a stripmind pond that runs into the river... Nice size clear pond... And tips? Ive fished it alot i know some patterns but its been awhile since ive been there..

Good crappie fishing and bass, bluegills... I see pike and carp in there every once in a while... Caught a few perch...

Me and the boys will probably use some night crawlers and a bobber set alittle low... Got some powerbaits, blue and white in color... Might try them out...

Just getting warmed up :) :p

Crow... a good setup for those gills is a black ant with about 3 maggots on the hook under a bobber a few feet...and with a microlight and about 2 to 4lb line they feel like a shark along with the fact the bait lasts forever even after they destroy the ant, they still feed on it....have fun...is the setup I use for the little tykes..and for sure you will be too busy removing their fish to fish yourself..
