British enfield folding stock?
 

I just won an auction for 2 NO 4 enfilelds one has no stock at all the other has been sporterized. Has their ever been a folding stock for this rifle if not what donor parts would be good to try a modification with ( is this legal??). The other will probably stay like it is except for a scope mount since I have on in military configuration allready. Just looking for a gun project to donot sure it would realy be practical.

Never saw an Enfield folding stock
 

I have looked at a lot of Enfields since 1958 and have never seen an actual folding stock nor pictures of such a configuration. Could be done and would be legal depending upon the total overall length of the rifle. All the best...
