Callin all computer geeks
I just bought a new computer with an 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 Dual-GPU Graphics Card; how do I find out if it's Shader 3.0 compatible? The game I want to buy requires it but I don't know how to find out if it's compatible or not before I spend the money on the game. I've done some research on my own but, evidently, I'm not looking in the right place. Help?

Yeah, it runs shader 3.0.
Good grief. There isn't a game on the market that needs half the juice that thing puts out. Have they finally released cyber babe 2000? :) I'm running a 7800 overclocked and it's smooth as silk on everything. |
Thanks Lycanthrope
The game I want is Splinter Cell-Double Agent. I figured, why not go a little overboard and have a machine that will be good for a while. I have a computer that I could upgrade but I wanted a computer my kids could use when they're here and have my own computer that they can't screw up.
