Looking For Hunting Land?
 

I have 40 acres in far NE Wisconsin, in Marinette County, that is some outstanding hunting property for deer, turkey, bear, fox, coyote, grouse, pheasant -- you name it. Jim, the guy I bought it from, is a good friend, and now he's selling the 80 acres right next to mine (it's the eastern 1/2 of a quarter-section; I own the NW quarter) for well under the appraised value. The land he's selling is exactly like mine -- it's all woods, with great access (just 6 miles from Crivitz, WI). This quarter-section is teeming with critters, especially deer and turkey. I called up three dozen turkeys with a mouth call a few weekends ago.

Jim is asking $190,000 for the 80 acres, which is below market value. Please note -- this is high ground with tons of game sign, not marsh land.
