:confused: Any one know if I can get 32-40 win on the commercial market?

if it is consdiered an obsolete round, then winchester does a production run of obsolete ammo every three years.
I am not sure where we are in the cycle right now, but with a little looking it shouldnt be too hard to find, at least in smaller quantities.

Old Western Scrounger handles old out of production ammo.

By the by if you want to make the ammo yourself, it is made from 375 Win Brass. Trim to length, champher, anneal and run through the FL sizing die. That is all there is to it, according to my conversion manual.
