6mm shooting Federal factory?
Still trying to figure out my problem? Would humidity effect the cartridges if stored there for a long period? Anyone!

How long is long? How humid is humid?
I think one would need to know both to have an opinion. |
Humidity etc
In a word ...no.... unless the ammo was very old. I have some 30-06 that was stored in an unheated building for 35 yrs(in Maryland with it's 90/90 days of the summer) and it shoots just fine. Remington brand though. Looking at the other post you made on this subject I would think the problem either lies with an extremely tight chamber or some ammo that is right at the max in pressure...and probably a combo of the two factors.

THANKS GUYS, THE AMMO IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD! I BELIEVE THE CHAMBER IS REAL TIGHT CUZ THE GUN SHOOTS VERY CURATE FOR A SEMI! I'M GOING TO CLEAN THE CHAMBER REAL GOOD, BUT I MAY HAVE TO SWITCH TO REM AMMO, I HAVE A LITTLE PRIMER FLOW WITH THE REM, BUT NOT AS DRASTIC AS THE FEDERAL! THANKS AGAIN, I'LL LET YOU KNOW!
