Send Me Some Ducks
 

Hey, you guys in North and South Dakota, send me some ducks... There's supposed to be enough for all of us so send some south, PLEASE.............
As of today We have 11 mallards, that's just not good for the time spent. Maybe it's those Minnesota guys, or Wisconsin, whoever, just send a few south every now and then please...

It's not this Minnesota guy. I spent last Sat. & Sunday in my favorite sloughs and saw a total of one flock of ducks. Our locals are long gone and I'm waiting for the mallards like Linus waits for the Great Pumpkin.

I was in central Saskatchewan on October 20 and they were waiting for the ducks to show up there.

We'll be watching the mallards go past long after our season ends next week.
