Thanks veterans
 

I just found out that my great-uncle William went to war, in the 40's and served in the Princess Patricia's Light Infantry 2nd Battalion. He served in Italy. One day he was trying to save a wounded comrade when a bomb exploded near him. He was severly wounded and, sadly, he died in a hospital a few days later. My thanks go out to those who serve, have served, and especially to those who have been hurt or killed in combat.
