Post your latest pictures! Came up with these last night, within eye shot of my front door. No feed, other than apple trees, just a natural funnel. These 3 bucks just pushed each other around for about 30 mins right in front of the camera. 6 different bucks in less than a week walking down this trail.

it was funny, b/c last night about 9:15 my wife said she could see the flash from my camera down in the woods. Oh yeah, don't get a jacked up on the flash scaring deer bit. Just more BS to get ya to pay an eaxtra $100 IMO.

Those are cool and it would help some of us decide on what to get if everybody posted the type unit they have.
I just got one of the real cheap Moultree ones and it should work for now till I get crazy and shell out the $ for a better one.

Nulle,

This "IS" one of those real cheap Moultrie cameras. I believe the 3.0 MP GameSpy. One of those $80-90 models.

I put in a 1 GB SD card for and extra $10 and it'll take 995 pictures. As far as I'm concerned it's the best bang for your buck when it comes to a digital camera. The only thing I've noticed in the dark, if you have it on a field and a deer walks by at 25 yards, it may trip the camera but the flash isn't strong enough to give you a bright picture of the deer. Most of mine are within 5 yards of the camera though since I set it right on major trail routes.

If you notice the second and third picture, that far buck is about 20 yards to give you an idea. At 25 yards, normally you can make out the deer, and an eye.

Well mine should work then cause that is what I have. I got it set up now so we will see what happens.

More pics this morning at 4:00 am. Saw this buck making a scrape in the field as I left the house at 6:30 this morning. He was really tearin up the place.

Pete, that seems to be the average times with the nice buck on the trail cams.....we all notices the midnight travelers too. Nice buck by the way and what a show they put on for you...
