For NASA Shuttle fans

You can get a list of chances to view the Shuttle or Space Station as it flies over your town at this website: http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/sightings/

On the best passes, the pair looks about the size and brightness of Jupiter. You can clearly follow it with just your eyes, but a pair of binos will bring out some shape and color as well. It moves too fast for tracking with a spotting scope.

Enjoy!

Cool! I'll check that out with my daughters, they'll love it!

Watched it tonight. Gorgeous.

Tomorrow night should be even better (from here in Utah) as it will appear almost between Jupiter and Venus in the SW sky - and be as bright. Wow!
