Eggnog pancakes
 

For a variant, any of you folks ever try pancakes mixed with eggnog????
Just make your batter as normal only sub EN for liquid.....with good thick sliced bacon ....or sliced duck/goose breast...n maple syrup. Totally delicious....good strong coffee with it!
