Arvada PD (metro suburb) had to dig into old laws yesterday. Dude kept falling out of his saddle while riding his horse through one of the shopping centers......after a blow box, he was charged with an very old law..Riding While Intoxicated....$25 fine. Both he and the horse were released to a friend with a trailer.....Change....man, we got it!LOL
