Chicago area ammo ?
 

Ammo is still hard to find here in MI (I'm looking mostly for .380) but I have to spend the next week or so in the greater Chi-town area for work.

Any shops there worth checking out ? Any leads appreciated.

Seems to be loosing a little in the NE. Was in a shop last weekend and they actually had a pretty good supply of 9m plus small pistol primers. Most folks say a little is showing up.

LOL.... I was a factory rep for a gear outfit in the late 70's....spent a month in the Holiday Midway....most miserable time in my life!!! You want dirty, go down to Gary, In......I haven't lost nuthin east of the Mississippi!!

Have to often drive through THAT lil piece of paradise on trips to/from MI. At least while I'm rolling I can hold my breath long enough to avoid most of the stench!!

Chi had to get the Windy City moniker from everyone trying to blow the stinkin smog out over the lake

I'd check out 'Gat's Guns' in Dundee, IL. Cabela's is not to far from them either. They are just off I-90 NW of Chicago, they have a web site.

found a couple of boxes at Dunhams in Gr Rapids. Still had 9 & 45 on the shelf there
