Wildlife areas near Bowling Green, OH?
 

Hi all;
My daughter is currently attending BGSU in Ohio, and I was wondering if there were any Wildlife or State Game areas nearby that I could hunt doves at. Michigan doesn't allow dove hunting, so I figured I could drive down, see my daughter for 5 minutes (long enough to drop off the check:() and then go do some dove hunting.;):D

I`m sure there would be some close to BG as they are pretty well scattered over the state. Check the Ohio DNR site. I don`t have it handy, but if you cannot find it pm me here and I`ll look it up for you.

It looks like Van Tassel and Missionary Island are closest to Bowling Green proper, but if you're already driving all the way from Troy, MI, what's a little extra distance? It looks like there are quite a few wildlife areas in NW OH.
