I abhor the way Hollywierd slicksters make a mockery out of the legal system. They need to throw her AND her mother in an asylum after her "sentence".:mad:

The sad thing is that she cried over it and that out of the 90 days she received she will be doing 30 days or less with good behaviour out in California. I hope they have her breaking rocks while she is in prison so she can see what it is like to really work, but that probably isn't going to be the case.

I don't pay much attention to her but apparently there is a line forming for conjugal visits. :D

It is most likely the best think that happened to her might save her life.
I cant say she is geting any special treatment one of the guys i youse to work with got 90 and was home in 2 weeks with a tether he had a breath machine hooked to a phone he would get drunk and have his 12 year old kid blow in it for him.
He got popped for proation violation becouse we fired him for comeing to work drunk and he failed his drug test.
He was like most drunks blamed his problim on everything else.

Ah, the old; "someone held a gun to my head and made me drink that nasty stuff tale?" Or my dog, ran off with my cousin so my uncle was the AH that made me drink routine?

Heck DD...If she was a star..I'd know who she was..probably some spoiled brat with lots of money that she got for doing nothing constructive..

She's some minor movie starlet think. Not sure. She missed a court date because she was in Europe and said she lost her passport and couldn't come back stateside until it got replaced. The judge didn't believe her and orderd her jailed. Just a very spoiled brat that has a drug and alcohol problem. here's someone who has it pretty well made and she's constantly screwing it up. kind of sad in a way.:(
