Apachie Park Ranches, operaiting out of Parker, Colorado just had Guide/outfitter Licenses pulled and IRS liens on assets. Beware of any bookings with Sears family!Other game violations are pending.

Having guides w/o proper paper work/puting clients on private property they had no leases on....pocketing clients fees when they found out a few things....etc.IRS looking for 100k+
