Trip insurance?

Hello to all;
My buddy and I are planning a trip to Wyoming this fall for antelope, and we are wondering if A.) we should buy trip insurance or not and B) if we should, who would you recommend?
We are both at the age were health problems might blind side us at the last minute, and I wouldnt want to loose the money on the trip because of a last minute work snafu or some such other unavoidable reason.

So, has anybody bought trip insurance before? Did you have to use it, and if so, did you have any trouble getting your money back? The one policy I looked at had so many provisions and exclusions, and was written in "lawyerese" (no offense, Fabs!;)) that it made my head spin!

We have recommended "Access America" trip cancellation insurance to all of our clients for several years. We have only had one claim made against it due to a weather delay and "Access America" sent him a check for the added costs of missing a few days as well as the hotel room needed during the delay. The major issue is to be sure to purchase the insurance within two weeks of paying the intial deposit on your trip. You should check out their site to confirm. Look under the "Pre existing conditions" section.
