Spring is 6 weeks away in North Central PA.
 

We have a foot of snow on the ground and it was 7 degrees at sunup today. The days are getting longer while the woodpile shrinks. Each day we endure is one day closer to Easter. No frozen water pipes so far and we have lots of blowdown wood for the livingroom woodstove.

A seed catalog came in the mail today, so the cycle goes on and on. Spring always comes and we do the gardens thing all over again. What is not to like?
