Looking for a used outboard motor website
 

Anyone have any leads on a used outboard motor website....preferably one that breaks it down by outboard size and state?

Wish I could help you buddy. I been looking for that for a year or more myself.

Found a lot on Ebay, but shipping is a bit prohibitive. I was talking with the guy who is currently fixing my 15hp, and he said he was wondering were all those 2.5-3hp Mariners went to that he sold back in the 80's.....somewhere there has to be a few deals to be made.
That said, you'd think living in a state with a bajillion inland lakes, 4 great lakes, and lake St. Clair, I'd be finding used motors up the whazoo.....all I can find are 90hp or better!:( I know a lot of the repair shops here have used outboards for sale, but few have websites, and I don't feel like calling each and every one of them.....

I feel your pain. With all the lakes, major rivers, etc in my area you would think you could find a few smaller outboards on every corner. Instead like you most of what I find is in the 90 to 140hp. A weeeeee bit big for my jon boat.

What size are you looking for for your Johnboat? If I run across anything while I'm searching in TX, I'll send it your way.

I picked up a 6 hp not long ago, but I have alot of work to do on it.
