T/C adjustments

I got my new rifle and love it. It shoots like a dream. Drives tacks. I would like to change one thing though, the trigger pull is very heavy. Is this adjustable in any way?

scalerman, The trigger on an Encore is not adjustable but is certainly changeable. I ha.e done several for fellows in this area. Google Mike Bellm,s T/C'S or gp to www.bellmtcs.com. After you read the information you may be confused about which spring to install. I usually install either sear spring #3 or #4. These usally bring the trigger down to about a 3lb. +- pull. They also try to sell a pair of pliers that are basically useless. I use a "slave pin" to hold the new spring in place while reassembling.
After reading the online instructions for installing the sspring, your local gunsmith should know how to use a "slave pin". Good Shooting.

Thanks. I will have to see if I can find a spring set here in Canada someplace.
