I personally don't go for the "oyster" thing.....them is too precious to even consider edible!!

For fingers, muledeer is right, construction sites are an excellent source......but, if you want young tender meat, try the local high-school shop class!! YUMMY!!

Lightly bar-b-q'd, and a touch of "Frank's red-hot" and you have the perfect appetizer!!
