(TMR sees very little difference between Collared Peccary--and Fat Socialist Weasel!)
and any HC'ers either of Filipino extraction, or with some WESTPAC time under their belts, be sure to bring the "Mang Tomas" sauce. (The cranberry juice marinade may not be enough to make 400# of Fat Socialist Weasel edible.) So we'll need a LOT!
