I use one of the cheaper Craftsman Tool chests on wheels. They have many verions, but the one I use is the $100 one. I added a piece of particle board to the recessed top. I store my powder, bullets, dies or whatever, in the pullout drawers. I'm not sure what you had in mind, but I've been using this set up for years and years.
