The 22mag will take any thing i hunt at about 100 yards or under.
I'd take a marlin botl action. With it i could take rabbits, squirrels, raccoons deer foxes bobcat nutria coyotes gators birds pests and well whatever may roam Louisiana Mississippi or Alabama. And as greg says shot placement is key
