I must need to defragment my cerebral hard drive.
With H4350 and a 120 grain bullet, the 6.5x55 goes up 3100 PSI per grain, and 65 fps per grain.
With Varget, and a 175 grain bullet, the 8x57 goes up 2975 PSI per grain, and 72 fps.
Using those as a guideline, you should be able to run the 7x57 at 58 KPSI, and get 150 fps more than the book, or around 2850 fps with a 140 grain pill. You'd have go to to 60 KPSI to get 2900, and that last 50 fps just isn't worth it.
