I have read the GCA '68 and there are some vague terms that you may sort out with the help of your attorney and the BATFE. If you dump all your guns at once you may avoid the term, "In the business of selling firearms." As you probably know, being in the business requires an FFL and selling "a gun a week" seems to indicate being in the business. One more thing; How will a seller determine a prospective buyer is a "proper person" to buy a firearm? I would check out the legalities of selling guns before I distribute a "gun a week", please advise Gil.
