Of course she has a gun. She is obviously following in her sons footsteps. The police would be extremely careful in getting a search warrent for someone with possible strong political connections.
It usually is a case of liberal eliteism. My favorite example is when Jane Fonda and Ted Turner called the police for a prowler. When the police came Jane and Ted were well armed in their home. It is only OK by there ideas for the elites to have firearms, the masses are not smart enough to have them.
