my brother died of a massive hear attack at 44. he was skinny, active, no prior heart trouble. yes he smoke and drank,

funny thing is he was actually in the clinic for pain in his knee waiting to be seen when he had the heart attack. actually in the clinic waiting to be seen and they could not save him. very very scary, i have been checked out and supposedly i am fine, with slightly high cholesterol.

they think he had blood clot in his knee area and maybe broke loosse and got caught in his blocked artery, autopsy showed he did have heart disease. just did not know it.
