Thanks guys....I appreciate all your thoughts....No I havent had the meeting..we were just talking of that yesterday....they have been in session...but my boss said he will be back in about two weeks...thats actually worked out great its given me more time to prepare....and with all that happened ..he might be more responsive......we will see....
