I lube my .58 Minies, .54 and .50 Maxis one at a time. I use my secret Hungarian Formula bullet lube in a margerine tub on the bench near my right hand. I take a bullet, one at a time, in my left hand held betwixt my left thumb and forefinger and "butter" the lube generously all about the projectile. I then place each projectile, lying down, in an Altoids tin and place a rubber band around each filled tin. I can get 10 .58 Minies and a dozen .54 Maxis in each tin that is handy to carry in my possibles bag. I am sure someone has a faster procedure, but muzzleloading is not about speed.
