How do you like the electric smokers TreeDoc and have you used these as well as the charcoal varieties?
I've been going through some different catalogs and have the "Mrs." onboard with procuring another model folowing the wedding- (she likes my culinary talents so she ain't complaining) I've been looking at both the electric and propane models. Cabelas has a nice electric set-up that I have been looking at.
It would be nice to have something that provides that nice steady low heat-regardless of outside ambiant temps!
