I saw this yesterday. Not sure how I feel about it. On one hand the Republicans never did anything the Democrats didn't do. I can also see how Nixon got drawn into the Watergate thing in the first place. A friend of yours does a dirty trick on your behalf and gets caught. What do you do? I imagine you wouldn't get too far in life or have any friends if you ratted every one out for the slightest little thing. Nixon really was in a tough spot.
On the other hand, things did get out of hand. I'm not sure why Mr. Felt and his family were all smiling . Him I could understand being senile and all, but his family shouldn't have been grinning like they won the lottery(although they probably did with his revelation). Was leaking the info the right thing to do? Probably. I kinda liken it having to put your dog down. It's something you have to do and something you should do. It's not something to be smiling about.
Now if they could just find out who shot J.R.
