you were temp insane right? ok lets see, you had a loaded weapon in the car and ready to use (premeditated), you jumped out and opened fire (assualt) on a gentleman who pulled you over because you were either speeding or had something wrong with your car.
as a matter of fact, it might nto be too hard to present the case, that with the obviously preplanned use of the weapon involved, that he might have gotten pulled over on purpose simply to do that to an officer, possibly as a gang/drug related initiation.
they should be trying you for at the very least attempted murder, if the officer lives, and murder 1 if he doesn't.
screw life in prison, your life should be mesured by the same means you chose, in millimeters.
