We have mango smoothies and ice cream often here at Casa Mannlicher.
Guava is not bad either.
One cup heavy cream
One cup half and half
3/4 cup sugar
tsp vanilla
one cup fresh pureed guava
mix well, and put in your favorite icecream maker...... golly its good
And Valigator, I am just off the FTP, down around Bird Road.
