Thanks Lilred. He sure was excited. Both my boys have been fishing since they could hold a pole. We leave our camper at the river for a few months each summer and they fish full time. Its funny to watch them. Thats his big brother, 11, holding him up in the one pic. They absolutely live to fish, and hunt.
He sure was excited. I had to help him get it in, he was gonna go water sking if I didnt.
But, he did a heck of a job. Took a good 30 minutes, maybe more, to coax that thing in with that little rod. Hardest part was to keep Grant settled down from horsing it and let it tire out. He had a hard time with that.
