Well, I keep hearing about those "frappa-cappa-soy-helfdecaf-vanilla-hazelnut" creations that go for eight bucks or so a cup, and it just makes me retch. I like mine brewed, black and medium strong: just the way it comes out of Juan's burro.
I have Bunn coffeemaker as my main machine and a separate little expresso maker, too. The Bunn is great. It keeps a reservoir of hot water, so when you add a batch of cold, the pre-heated stuff goes to the filter basket immediately. Full pot ready to drink in two minutes flat.
