Bow hunting Geese
Finally got around to it last lnight. I have been saying for a long time I was gonna.
My regular deer rig, with a SGH small game head. Worked great. POI was close enough to do the job, and I get to hunt them in a spot, 1/2 mile from my house, where I could not get away with a shotgun. The landowner HATES the geese and is happy that I am there to harass them.
I hunted 5 minutes last night, killed 1 goose and went home to clean him up. Stalking geese on the bank is pretty fun fellas.
