I use sisna.com. I've never used anyone else because I am completely happy with them. (I can't even get DSL because I have the last house on a trunk line, and they don't plan to upgrade to fiber optic anytime soon!)
Anywho...
Sisna has dialup numbers almost everywhere, use a good accelerator option and offer free access to Wi-Fi at any KOA campground - all for $15 a month. No software to install, either.
My wife uses Earthlink. She pays the same amount per month and has almost as many dialup numbers across the country as Sisna does. But Earthlink requires you to install a big software bundle on your drive to use it.
(Why do we use TWO ISPs? Well, she had Earthlink at her previous job for free, and didn't want to change email addys when she left. Besides, if we're on a trip, there's almost no place we can't get a dialup number for one or the other.)
