Sorry but I find it difficult to sympathise with France at any level. Chirac loves to criticize the US and Canada about our domestic and foreign policies. They give the impression of knowing everything about everything so let the suckers burn until they figure it out. They're just not one of my favorite nations right now. Best wishes.
